Colorado State Located in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States of America is the beautiful state of Colorado.  The state of Colorado is surrounded by seven different states including Wyoming and Nebraska to the north, Kansas to the east, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona to the south, and Utah to the west.  The lowest point in elevation is 3,315 ft. at Arikaree River, and the highest point of elevation is 14,440 ft at Mount Elbert.
